Brendon is an Accredited Building Inspector with over ten years of experience in property inspection and a Qualified Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner. He has also worked in a ‘Structural Assessing’ role within the Insurance Industry.
Brendon has been gaining extensive knowledge of the Building Industry since he was 16 years old and also has valuable insights and excellent local knowledge of Rotorua. Since becoming a Building Inspector, Brendon is now an Accredited Building Surveyor with BOINZ (Building Officials Institute of New Zealand). You will find him listed on their Website, www.boinz.org.nz, as an accredited inspector in this area.
